Joining together their passion for good and simple food, they were both born and brought up in rural villages in India, where every meal of the day is freshly made using ingredients grown in local fields. This is the same experience they offer to all their guests, cooking fresh food by hand, using local ingredients and spices from their farm in Southern India.
